Hopefully this post is considered ok.
I just got the May 2010 My Pretty Pink Box.
It is a small company that has a kind of cosmetic sampler with different products from small companies, new brands and some known brands too.
This is the 3rd box I have bought and to Canada is take exactly 4 weeks to receive.
I posted a review and pic on my (new) blog.
Hopefully this is interesting to people who like to try new things!
Overall I find the concept of getting new items to try fun.
I'll try and review each item this week when I have the time.
I'm also hoping to get some followers to my blog too (I actually have no followers for this blog yet...)
Usually I have a book review blog, but kind of wanted to keep my food and cosmetic reviews separate.
If you don't want to read about the Pink Box, I also have a neat post about my buying a Asian red bean filled bun at a bakery (with picture).

I think I heard of it in a magazine most likely.
It is a fun idea.
Also, I saw that if you click on the previous months at the bottom of their webpage,you get the websites of the companies that were in there the month before.
I kind of wish their website was a bit better and that there was a way of seeing a list of all the companies that participated before,
I find it is too much clicking trying to find anything that was before the last two months.
Hopefully she/they will get a better website eventually. |
