Hi,
I live in a tropical country where its humid and hot.
I'm looking for a suitable toner and moisturizer but dunno which to choose.
I was considering Clinique Clarifying Toner 3 and currently using PSF moisture balancing lotion. |

Don't get the clinique! Anything but that! Why don't you try one of the PSF toners? I think either of the clarifying toner or the R&R toner would be great for you, and a whole lot better than the clinique toner.

I don't think there are a lot Clinique lovers on the forum, but I could be wrong. I've tried it, and am not too impressed. PSF has some great things in their line. I use Obaji Toner and Prescriptives Immediate Matte. HTH! |

I think you should use a very light toner, maybe some floral water is better, like orange floral water or rose floral water. Floral waters are light and quick to absorb, so they won't make you feel wet in that humid weather.
Moisturizers, I think your face won't feel dehydrated in that humid weather, you can just use some hydrating serum which is light, easy to absorb, and won't stay on your face for long. Recommendation..., I think you can try basically every toner which is supposed to give you hydration. Another option is to use some gel cream. ie. skinceuticles B5 gel, darphin hydraskin light. |

Ice Elements makes a wonderful toner. Plus, some of their cleansers have toner right in them, so a separate one is not necessary. Their moisturizers are very good, too! One for combo dry and one for combo oily. They almost seemed whipped, they are soooo light! |

I just started using the PSF clarifying toner and I like it a lot. I haven't been using it all that long, so I can't swear by it, but it's really promising. I've been using the PSF papaya cleansing gel, the toner and the PSF acne mud and my face is as clear as it's ever been. I had been using Dr. H stuff but I like this better.
Right now I use the Dr. H normalizing day oil and like it as a moisturizer/oil control but I'm almost done with the bottle, and I have the PSF oil to try after I finish it. |

I have not had any luck with Dr. H normalizing day oil. It was a weird combination of greasy, non-absorbing and highly dehydrating oil for me. |
