Hello ladies,
Anyone saw this infomercial? Anyone tried it? I saw the last part of it and was impressed because they showed before & after pics of the participants. They really did lose weight/inches! One of the guys filming the infomercial said he was impressed so he decided to try it too and he lost 12 lbs! I know there's no magic to this and it takes a lot of work. I'm just so frustrated trying to lose a few pounds that have been creeping up on me as I've gotten older.
Okay, if anyone has tried it, plse share your thoughts! Or if you know of something better, do share that too! Thanks! |

First keep in mind things in infomercials often are better on TV then they are in real life. And they are scripted.
The people who look great in the end did get paid to look great in the end. We don't know how much they dieted and how much they really exercised to look that way they do in the end.
Now with that said...any exercise is good if you think you would enjoy this and stick with it give it a try.
To loose weight you really need to make changes to how you eat as a lifestyle change. Some times small changes can make the difference if you don't have alot to loose.
Good luck |

That's a good point about those infomercials - you don't really know what it took for those participants to reach their goal.
I just get so frustrated because "once upon a time" eating anything and everything was no problem. Now, I eat relatively healthy, have cut back on servings, exercise regularly and still cannot shed those extra pounds. I know my age (49) and hormones have a direct, and not in a positive way, impact on my weight and fat distribution.
But thanks for sharing your thoughts! I guess I keep looking for something that will give me results without killing me with no food & intense training in the process! |

I totally understand. Once I turned 37 I suddenly couldn't eat what ever I wanted any more. I had my thyroid tested because I was like what the heck is going on, thyroid was within normal ranges. It seems like it takes alot of work to keep in shape are we get older...so NOT fair! |

I had my thyroid checked too! For a moment I hoped that was the problem but my results were normal too. Just seems like an uphill battle with no relief in sight! |
