I can not believe all the education I have gotten from this forum...It is absolutely awsome!!! This forum has saved me $$ from
buying flops and cost me $$$, but I am actually
getting products and tools that work. Is there a weight loss, guide forum like this skin care forum to help with our weight? I am 5'2" have always battled weight, but kept it under control. I can't say I'm winning the weight battle anymore.
As we grow older, we battle the weight control constantly. Being the right weight, not too much over and not too much under, is one of the best things we can do for ourselves as we get older.
Come on ladies...I need some input??? |

How old are you Kj? I'm 5'2" also and I'm with you on this one. I do battle with my weight all the time! It's harder to control weight when you are shorter too. I'm only 24 but i'm already noticing it's harder to lose the weight now! |

Cortigirl...I'm 39 and trying to hold with all my might.
I prolly really started battling the weight at 30...and trust me, something in your body begins a drastic change. Then I had to have a total hysterectomy at 32 and it has been the battle of the bulge ever since. I have found some things that work for me, just like in skin care and I was hoping there would be another forum for sharing what is helping for others in the weight department. |

What about the Tapp forum? I'm not a member but have heard that it is a busy and friendly community.

Kj, have you heard of something called suddenly slimmer body wrap? Dr phils' wife swears by it! Not sure where you are, but i'd definitely try that if you are close to something that does this!! I also know that something called a "chi machine" really helps weight loss. Check it out on google, it sells really cheap on ebay if something like that interests u. Goodluck! |
