Does the use of depilatories eventually give you sparser, finer hair?...like waxing does?
Can you reccomend a good at home wax? I've tried water soluable, and love the clean up factor, but it doesn't work as well as non water soluable. I'm open to both for recommendations...
Do hair minimizing lotions really work?

My sister uses hair minimizing lotions and she says they work. You can try a DIY version with soybean oil (vegetable oil). |

Hi, Kitty. Epilators remove hair in exactly the same way as waxing and can give thinner hair and less hair growth with long term use. I used an epilator for many years on my calves, and after more than 10 (!) years I experienced that some of the hair never grew back. |

I don't think it will cause any harm to use epilators anywhere on the body. It's just like a lot of tweezers grasping hairs at the same time. The only problem is that it might be too painful to remove hairs in the arm pits and "down there" with an epilator. |

I use an epilator on my legs as well but anywhere else is far too painful. I tried a few times but gave up. Ouch! |
