V-tar by Dermasave Labs is supposed to get rid of hypopigmentation, vitiligo and white scar marks by slowly stimulating your melanin. Has anyone had any experience with it? Or know where to order it? I just e-mailed the company but haven't heard back yet. |

I'd be really interested in learning more about this item too. Did you ever hear back from the company? |

Okay. Yes, please PM me or post on the forums after you've used the V-Tar for a little while. I'd be really interested in whether you find this product helps at all. I'm sure others would love to read your review as well!
I have some ugly (flat, dark) scars on my legs that I'd love to get rid of. What are you using the V-Tar for (if you don't mind me asking) - body or face? |

I have various regular small white scars on several areas of my body, but used a freeze off kit from compound-W for about eight spots that I felt could become cancerous down the road and now I have some white marks but no precancerous looking skin left. So I'd like to see if this will bring pigment back to those areas. So I believe it only works on getting pigment to come back. |

Oh, . Well, that must certainly isn't what I need then. I did just run a google search and see that you're correct. Its to bring pigment back to white scars. Good luck anyway! I'll be trying out a DIY vitamin c plus retin-a combo w/ a 2.0 dermaroller for my dark scars. |

Hello Everyone, I finally got on it and googled the # for Dermasave Labs.1-800-277-7099. A man named Glen owns the co. and had me fax my script.845-635-4087. He was very nice and said to use it once a week for 12 weeks. Said it works for some vitiligo and works good for white marks from lasering, but doesn't work for everyone. I'm going to use it on various scars and marks. It was only 40.00 US plus shipping. I'll report back later with progress. |
