Has anyone used their natural skincare products yet? Thoughts, comments?

I like the all natural organic concept, but when they first came out the seemed ridiculously over priced IMHO. You can get better for less.

if you look at the ingredients...i wouldn't call it exactly all organic or all natural :/

No it is 100% natural... not sure if its all organic though.

I wouldn't consider it natural..

water (aqua), glycerin (plant sources), dicaprylyl carbonate (carbonate (coconut and palm kernel), dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline (amino acid and palmitic acid), sclerotium gum (fermented sugar), sodium hyaluronate (lactic acid and wheat), whey protein (lactis proteinum), argania spinosa leaf extract (argan), arginine (plant sources), mannitol (corn or wheat), milk protein (lactis proteinum), bifida ferment lysate (milk), sucrose distearate (beet, sugar cane, palm), lactose (milk), xanthan gum (fermented sugar), sucrose stearate (beet, sugar cane, palm), ubiquinone (yeast), galactaric acid (apple pectin), mauritia flexuosa fruit oil (buriti)*, vaccinium vitis-idaea seed oil (lingonberry)*, yeast (faex) extract, caramel, malpighia punicifolia (acerola) fruit extract, maltodextrin (plant source), morinda citrifolia fruit extract (noni), tocopheryl acetate (soybean), aloe barbadensis leaf extract (aloe vera), rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract, natural fragrance (parfum), benzyl benzoate (essential oil), linalool (essential oil), phenoxyethanol, sodium dehydroacetate, ethylhexylglycerin. *certified organic ingredient

Sure they may have started out as "natural" ingredients in some time, but these are far from natural.

As well natural meaning nothing, as there are no regulations to its use. Neutrogena and L'Oreal could rebrand themselves as natural products if they wanted to, there would be no legal ramifications.

But in the end it doesn't really matter if a formulation is "natural" or not...since some natural ingredients are really harmful to the skin, and some synthetic ones are really beneficial (peptides for example).

it looks all natural to me... what ingredient(s) isn't natural in it?

Obviously our definition of what constitutes "natural" is different.

okay so phenoxyethanol, sodium dehydroacetate, ethylhexylglycerin are not natural ingredients (your are very right)... but I still believe that this is a "natural" skincare product.

Nude Skincare markets themselves as a natural brand, and there are quite a few natural ingredients on the ingredients list. It's no wonder that you regard this as a "natural brand", in my opinion. Smile
