Just a word of caution for anyone that wants to buy DIY supplies -
Of all the places I have ever bought goods from, I have never had to deal with the total lack of professional service from Well Naturally.
I placed a large order in late June, received half, and was never informed that the rest was on backorder until I received the physical receipt statement. Then I placed another order early August hoping that at least everything would be in stock within a few weeks.
I emailed the merchant half a dozen times regarding both orders, just enquiring about the status of the shipment.. and she never replied. But she would reply very promptly to my order enquiries BEFORE I placed the order, pretty much every day... So I don't think it was a case of mis-delivered email.
In my last few emails I informed her that I would be filing charge backs, and THEN she replied that she would investigate the matter. And again, she has not got back to me on the issue.
I can't even be bothered dealing with the merchant anymore, even if she agrees to resolve this without a mediator. I will just file a charge back through my own bank, and also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for British Columbia... (WHICH Well Naturally has already been listed on before!!!!)
One of the other things that really irritates me is, merchants are so quick to CHARGE your card, but never seem to understand that we would LIKE to receive the goods in good time as well... UGH |

Hi miranets,
Sorry you had to experience that. Very unprofessional and the word will get around about that. |

For everyone ! I recently run across this firm when the Sheriff/Bailiff contacted me to buy the remaining goods in the warehouse of Well Naturally in Canada. Rent distress , no phone , no hydro etc........ but a little later I found out the the owner was diagnosed with terminal illness and unable to continue her work. Never the less the above post and all the complaints are valid but I thought I will post this to show that there are extenuating circumstances. I found many orders at the front door invoiced, boxed and ready to ship. (paid?)
So she may have been a bad business girl but she will be dead soon; so say a prayer for her. Ben |

Hi Shamanben
Thanks for the update, it is sad to hear this. I don't know to what extent her unfortunate circumstances affected her business practices back in 2006.
I believe she had a warehouse in the US as well, was she in sole charge of both operations?
Cheers |
