So much has been written about anti anging skin care and the products associated with them.
We should take a step back and realise that with a fast- paced life, maybe..just maybe if we devoted say 10-20 minutes a day doing yoga, meditation or a sporting activity, that too can help give our skin a healthy glow.
I have tried it and that combined with a bit of skin care (not much like before)...i can see a brand new me.  |

i agree, along with a healthy diet and generally taking care of yourself, it all makes a huge difference in how you both look and feel.  |
