Any reccomendations for a good body scrub. I dont like the really harsh gritty ones, but some of the gentler ones dont have a lot of scrubby bits in them. I just want one that lathers up well, smells nice and has a good amount of scrubby bits init. |

If you're results orientated then nothing beats dry body brushing. |

No im after a nice smelling and good scubby product not too harsh though. Tried burts bees body scrub but smell was minimal and not enough grains in it. |

You can add your own scrub to any body soap. Corn meal is one example.
For smoothing and circulation nothing beats dry skin brushing. |

I use a Dead Sea Salt based body scrub - it can be harsh, I guess - but it really depends on how much pressure you apply.
I use a brand called 'Beauty Mineral', but there are other brands out there that offer a similar product.
Alternatively, you can use an exfoliating towel while in the shower. I use a Japanese brand body scrub towel called 'Salux' - it is the best brand that I have found (Body shop make one, for instance, but I haven't found anything as long lasting and sturdy as the Salux). You may find it in an Asian supermarket. You can use it with your favourite soap or body wash, and if you use it every day, it makes a huge difference in your skin - especially if you moisturise after. I found that for me, it replaces a body scrub - and it is cheap (under $5!). Only thing is, it can be hard to find in my area... |

I think you can try diptyque body polish, it's matte particles is very thin, compared to sundari, I prefer diptyque |

My favorate one is Herbist, a Chinese brand famous for its use of Chinese medicine in skin care products. It helps to moisturize and whitening the skin. |
