Hello,
I just got my order of Eye Bright from CellularRx and I was just wondering when I should apply it and how many times?

| I use it in the AM after I put my C on and in the PM before my Retin-A. I find the tiniest bit will cover my whole undereye area. |

| I use it AM and PM, and more often than not also apply an eye cream over the top of it as it's not moisturising enough by itself for me. In the morning I use it over my Cellex-C vit C eye serum. |
