As titled. I hate it when my younger sister does that! She's very sneaky about it. She would just take things and use it without letting me know. I mean I don't mind sharing if she would just ask!! It's not like she's not making decent money to buy her own. You know how costly some skincare can be.

And this not happened just once but a few times previously. So yeah, I'm wondering how many of u experienced the same thing? Or am I over reacting? Sad

Oh honey....I would be flattered if my sis would use my stuff!! It's only "stuff", and wouldn't you love to know that you've helped your sis become as lovely as you!

Sure, she should've asked, but you could use it as an opportunity to teach her how to use the products properly AND show respect for others' possessions. WIN-WIN!

You could always get a box with a lock...not something you typically want to resort to, but some siblings just can't learn respect (I grew up with one).

Thanks fawnie & bethany for the replies! Smile

I talked to my sister again...and I think she won't be doing that again hopefully *having my fingers crossed* ...

It's not that I don't want to teach her about skincare and share. But everytime when I talked about it, she'll disregard it without interest. The most annoying thing is when she's really in need of some moisturizer to use, she'll just grab mine without thinking behind by back. If she likes it, she'll keep on using it. If not, she won't touch it again. It's that kinda attitude that makes me not happy. Sad

Well the problem that I have in our household is a little different. I am trying to encourage my sister to use something on her face. She is 14 and is breaking out like most teenegers but dad has told her that she does not need to use anything except normal water and I can't get in her head that she needs to cleanse her skin.

She also has very sensitive skin and the only thing that we have found which does not irritate her skin is Dermalogica Calming cleanser, I think that that's what it's called.

I just don't know what to do anymore. I buy her stuff all the time and spend so much money on her but she just ends up throwing it away because dad told her not to use it.

It is literally driving me insane Smile

Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can approach her or maybe talk to her? I just don't get it.

Thanks

Well....I don't have a sibling problem, but I do find out that my SO likes to use some of my body skin care products. It's kind of cute, but that only last awhile until you figured out that he finished the whole jar in a week and it normally takes you 6 months to finish! Confused
