Hello everyone,
I need some advice for my skin care.
Since my skin is combinations + large pores + some brown spot and I have looked into some of the posts here and would like to try out some SkinCeuticals products. Since i am affraid of using vitamin C serum or primary C+AHA or C+E might cause more sun damage to my skin (my skin is somewhat sensitive also) eventhough I am currently using DDF matte finish SPF 30. I am thinking of dropping Vit C product ( i.e. Serum or C+AHA, C+E) but I was wondering whether it is good idea.
Here is my tentative list:
- B5 Gel
- Phyto+
- Renew overnight
1. Could you please give me some advice on this?
2. Could I use B5 gel or phyto+ in the morning also?
3. Could you please recommend some good eye products for wrinkle?
Many thanks,
kat

Do not be afraid using VitaminC products on your skin. VitaminC (L-ascorbic acid) is a major antioxidant and it will protect your skin from harmful sun rays and pigmentation. So I would totally disagree with your concern of being afraid to use VitaminC products.
Recent studies clearly show that you can still get sun damage (and skin cancer) even while wearing SPF 45. Vitamins C and E offer additional protection against photo damage and skin cancer, intercepting and destroying free radicals formed when ultraviolet light is absorbed into the skin so if you use both sunscreen and antioxidants, you will be much better protected on the outside and the inside at the cellular level.
I would continue using VitaminC product followed by Skinceuticals Phyto+, followed by Hydra5B and sunscreen..
You should use VitaminC products in the morning. Hydra5 and Phyto+ can be used morning and night.
For the anti-wrinkle eye product I use myself Cellcosmet eye contour cream and I am extremely happy with results. You should also use VitaminC products around your eyes.
