Hey guys! I'm still researching products for my new little day spa. (thank you for the help on the skin care line suggestions, by the way). Next up...Airbrush Tanning. I will be brigging this in the later part of January and am overwhelmed with the different systems out there. I want to get the speedy system, but what brand looks the best and most natural? I have heard that some are more orange or that some just "paint" you they don't work with your own natural melanin. I want to get the latest and greatest! Thanks! |

Hi.
My best advice would be to check out the Airbrush Tanning forums onwww.sunless.com. They have a lot of industry professionals there that can advise you on the best equipment and sunless formulas.
I can tell you that I really like the Airbrush solution by Aviva Labs. It looks so nice on my skin. You can find it at tanforless.com. Here's a link:

I think the most important thing to consider if you are going to have Airbrush Tanning as part of your business is how skilled the Technician is that applies the tan. I've had some girls that do an excellent, detailed job and some just make me look horrible.
In those cases it's less about the sunless formula and more about the person who applies it.
Good luck.

I heard mystic tan works well. Why not go to different salons and test them yourself and maybe with a few friends? Definitely have a PALE person try is because they are usually the ones that turn nasty orange and show streaks the most. |

Thanks...i will check these out. Unfortunately, we don't have a whole lot of places around here to go to. But I am going to the city soon, so I'll be sure and do that.
I just need a bit of a starting point too, so I can experience the one I'm most interested in. |
