Hello all. I plan on purchasing the Dr. H cleansing lotion. I am looking to try another cleanser and would appreciate suggestions. I don't want anything right now that is an exfoliant, which is why I am going with the cleansing lotion instead of the cream. I am using the Dermalogica daily microexfoliant and don't want to over do it. Any opinions appreciated! Thanks. |

Are you wanting the second cleanser to be a cream/lotion as well? You can get other forms of cleanser that are not exfoliating and they might also be worth looking at. What's your skin type btw? |

I love Murad's vitamin C cleanser...it's a gel though. It has evened out my skintone. Also I started using Sonya Dakar products and they ROCK! I love their Bergamot Cleanser and their Hydrasoft Moisturizing Lotion makes your face feel like a baby's butt (after the diaper change BTW) |

Thanks for the responses. It doesn't matter what type of cleanser, cream lotion or gel. I am 47 with mature dry skin with the usual wrinkles and sun spots. I keep one cleanser in the shower for the mornings and one at the sink for the evenings. I am too lazy to move it back and forth and like trying out different things |

I have had great results with the decleor range and if you are looking for something light the cleansing milk is great! |

If you have dry skin then I would suggest either the Dr Hauschka Cleansing Milk, Eminence Sweet Red Rose Cleanser or the Jurlique Cleansing Lotion. All three are very nice and you will not find them drying at all. There is a Decleor one as well that gets good reviews, haven't tried it myself but I do recall reading about it here. If you do a search you should be able to find it. Another option would be a cleansing oil. The Decleor one is great and does a good job of removing makeup. |

I received a sample of Decleor Cleansing Cream with my recent EDS order and I find it to be very hydrating. I haven't yet decided which one to order yet. I'm so used to looking for something that's "not drying" that I was nicely surprised to use one that really seems to add moisture to my skin. |
