Ladies, opinions please...
Am looking at something for my eyes.. the only part of my face with lines (I dont count my neck as my face. )
I am having a really hard time deciding between Cellular Skin products and Jansen Brackett products (even in their other wrinkle products)
Eye Bright Treatment Serum from Cellular Skin RX (the relax-a-line people)
http://www.cellularskinrx.com/products_eyebright.html
$30 for 10ml
OkuSil from Jansen Brackett (the AlphaDerm people)
http://www.janson-beckett.com/
$84.95 for 30ml (wish they sold this in a 10ml bottle)
Also, I know that AlphaDerm is also used on the eyes under the OkuSil, but what about Relax-a-line and the complementary Vit. C serum?
Are there any other products I should be looking at that do the same thing as these?
Thanks guys! |

I haven't used okusil, but I do C serum, eyebright and relaxaline all under my eyes and along the brow bone under eyebrow in the AM. I top off with murad essentially C eye cream. I like this combo and it works for me. I think Winnie loves the okusil more, but she is a little older than me and would probably notice effects more.

I don't think you should use them on the upper lid...I think that applies to anything. If it's on browbone, then it migrates down I think |

Hiya, Tiger,
I'm a big Cellularskinrx.com fan. Use all of their stuff. I do use the C on my eyes without any problems. And the Rlaxaline on crow's feet. I put the Eye Bright on after the C and then top with moisturizer. I love it because it's a great brightener but I have to say it is not a moisturizer. Even though it has the hyaluronic acid in it which is supposed to be a great moisturizer, I feel better with putting my sunscreen over it. BTW, I was surprised by the prices you quoted. I only paid $21 for it. I guess the question to ask is what problem are you trying to solve - wrinkles, lack of firmness, dark circles? They seem to have a product to address each of these. |

I haven't tried Okusil, but last week I received the Eye Bright serum. I am loving it! I didn't have dark circles to begin with, but I can already see a great improvement in the puffiness around my eyes. Like most others have stated, you probably will need extra moisturization.
I also use Relaxaline on my crow's feet. I will order their Vit C serum when my Obagi and SkinMedica runs out. Their prices are great....I also only paid $21 for the Eye Bright. I like that they only charge $2 for shipping. Sometimes I feel like I get ripped off from other companies.
Betterat40: I was hoping you had tried the new CSRx Polishing Grains by now. At only $15, I guess it wouldn't hurt for me to go ahead and buy it without seeing reviews, since I love all their other stuff so far.

Hi, Cheryl,
I did get the Polishing Grains a while back and I do love them. They are a really fine powder consistency, not sharp or gritty like the Dr. Brandt's I tried out. The thing I like the most is that they can be mixed with anything. So, at this point, I have mixed them with my Clean and Clear salicylic acid cleanser and used on my nose and chin - even left as a mask. Better yet, I'm really enjoying using them with these oils I have - rosehip, rice bran and jojoba. Depending on what I think my skin "wants", I will use them with the grains to exfoliate and moisturize at the same time, etc. The grains don't get "muddy" at all. And as usual with all their stuff, seems like I have enough to use for a long time. They are a good product, very simple and versatile. No rocket science with these. |

yea.. ?? $30 for 10ml? maybe I had 30ml on the mind .. but ya, it is $21. oh I hope they ship overseas!
I dont have dark circles.. and if I can keep a straight face my eyes are pretty good but my crows fee a bit deep for my liking as is the puffiness under my eyes when I smile.. and fine lines near the nose... and my upper lids/brow area is getting a bit droopy in my opinion... could be worse, but could be a lot better too. |

tiger-tim,
Just checked your question. About to call it a night but if you have any questions about Okusil feel free to PM me. I have been using it for 3 1/2 months and feel that I can give you any information you need.
Have a good night. |
