Revlon has a new product which tint your eyelash up to 3 days. You just apply on the lashes and let it dry, it wont wash off easily. Good for ones who doesnt have much color in the eyelashes and does not want to putting mascara everyday. Just apply the lash tint and curl it. easy |

My eyelashes are so blonde that they are almost white from the roots & halfway out. I have super sensitive eyes & for years was getting my lashes tinted professionally & only using mascara when I went "out". I started with the Lamas Masque & gradually they turned to a medium brown colour (the whole length)& that's perfect for me -anything darker & I look sort of a tart. My lashes are really long & straight & the Lamas Masque doesn't curl them but now, when I use mascara, I use less & then curl them & the look turns out to be really natural. I also use the Lamas Masque on my brows - they are the same blonde blonde & with the slight tint they look natural as well & now I can see them to pluck the strays. It's a simple but good product that I hope to always use. |

I'm sorry, but I have to completely disagree. I tried this, along with their creme eyeshadow kit, and brought both back to the store to return the items! Terrible!
The Color Stay Lash Tint made my lashes stiff, spikey, and by no means resembled the look of having one's eyelashes tinted in a salon. Really bad! The product doesn't allow the lashes to fan-out naturally, and if one has curled their lashes ... forget it. |

I didn't like the Revlon lash tint either.
The first few times I used it I thought it was fine but then I hated the residue of the tint on my lashes. It felt heavier than mascara and like Casper Mum says it didn't give me a very natural look.
Now the Lamas eye masque sounds good though. |

perrier,
There was a thread about a week ago about it. Oct 12. Winnie gave a link I think at lamas.com
You can try using the search function at the top of the page to find it. |

I initially purchased the Lamas Lash Masque on The Shopping Channel (in Canada) - the price was crazy but the lamasbeauty.com shipping charge was $25.00 or something equally as outrageous (for "mascara")! I then ordered some shampoo & some hand care kits from the Lamas website &, with a promotion code, I got 20% of everything. That balanced out more realistically price wise. The health food stores mentioned on this forum make me envious. That would have been the best way to purchase of all! |

Leslie...
Winnie sent me a link to a site where you can get the Lamas Lash Masque TWO for $19.95. In the states, I believe their shipping is generally $5. Winnie also says to search for coupon codes. Now, I don't know exactly what that means, but I'm sure she can tell you.
This is the link she gave me: www.lamasbeauty.com/monthly_special.html

$25.00 for shipping is not worth it!!!!
In the states I believe I paid $5.00 for shipping. On my second order I paid $3.00. When you shop on line do a search for coupon codes. ie: Lamas coupon codes, HSN coupon codes. Amazing what you will find. Sometimes with a code you get free shipping. That is how I got $3.00 shipping from Lamas site. HSN I saved $15.00 off my order. |

Thank you for the Lamas & on-line shopping tips. I just discovered some discount code sites myself & while some discounts were not so good some of them were great. Even though the Canadian dollar is getting better I still think twice before buying anything over the border . If shipping costs are really high & you need to pay duty as well then discount codes are very helpful. Sometimes I can have something shipped to my cousin in Michigan. Although I get to visit when I "pick up" it's still a 2 1/2 hour drive & I don't like to "use" her that way. Oh, & then we definitely pay duty when we drive back over the border. Sigh. EDS is wonderful because they can ship in Canada & the Esther's Secret & other Kingsway things have been shipped within. Lots of other businesses are catching on so in my son's time he may have borderless shopping - & for better or worse he does like to shop as much as his mother (did I mention that he graduates with his Masters Degree in Political Science tomorow? )(It's at the University of Waterloo in Ontario - isn't there a division of your company around there (Kitchener) Judy? so you know the area).
Anyway all in all things are good. I still shop although a tiny bit more prudently . I think the lash tint is on sale @ Lamas until the end of October so if I can legitimately figure in Christmas presents or enough to make the shipping charge make sense I will surely go for it. |

Congratulations!!! on your son graduating with his political science degree! Who knows, now that he's out of college, maybe that will free up some of your funds for more shopping.
Yes, to your question about our warehouse in the Ontario area. You know, I hadn't really thought about how that would help all the forum members in Canada on shipping and duty charges, not to mention that it arrives so fast!
I am going to the Lamas site to order RIGHT NOW! I want that product, but I keep letting every day get past me without completing that order. I can't miss that special.
Just think of the money I'll save!

I must order some of the lamas lash masque now. but it is Sat and they are closed . The Oct special is the two masques for 19.00? but if you look at the bottom it says offer good til Sept 30th? Now how can that be an Oct. special. I'm calling them first thing on Mon and ordering some, special or no special. It's cheaper then having the old eyelashes dyed . |

How long does it take for the Lamas masque tint to "take?" I'm into week four now, but not seeing any difference in my lashes at all. |

I've seen slight evidence of tinting and I have been using it for a couple of weeks now. I did have light lashes to begin with and I suppose the effect will gradually increase but I can't see it ever looking like a salon lash tint. I tried using a tad more than I really needed every night and the tint transferred to my pillowcase, so I'm back to using a lighter hand. As with anything I think we just need to be patient. |

I saw results in probably two weeks from memory. |

I did order the two for one Lamas Lash Masque special and have been using it for almost two weeks now.
From the description of the ingredients, my guess would be that it would take two to three weeks to see a difference.
Did I remember correctly that it's supposed to make your lashes look thicker? I wonder if that is just because it is making them slightly darker, so they show up more?
My lashes are grey when they are not tinted. So, it's been rather difficult to see that the masque is tinting them much, but I can tell just slightly.
With a product like this, I'd use it for at least a month before making a judgement about it.
One good thing, even if it didn't change the actual color of my lashes, using it before you go to bed makes your eyes look a bit more attractive and not so faded out as they usually look after you remove all eye makeup.
Will report more after a week or two more.
