 They all shipped Friday and everyone should be receiving it within 3 to 5 days even over seas. Again this product is like nothing out there on the market so be careful. It is like getting a BOTOX injection without the needle. It is not BOTOX but it works immediately right in front of your eyes like a shot. Use it on the hard to remove wrinkles and not all over unless you want to get used to using an incredible item that costs $160.00 an ounce for your entire face. It was not made to be used like that anyway. Best application is cleanse, prep, C&C, AlphaDerma then Derma Excel 7. If you are not as amazed as I am as to the effectiveness of this item I will be shocked. It is by far the best hard to remove wrinkle remover on the market. Just to put things in perspective about the price I can make 5 gallons of AlphaDerma to one half of a gallon of the Derma Excel 7. All the ingredients are the best on the market at the optimum levels. Ladies enjoy. It will come for now with a digital label and no box. This is only for a short time until the real packaging comes in. I did not want to hold it up and not get it to you. It will come with directions and a flyer. Any questions don't hesitate to call me; it is easier for me if you call than e-mail as I am not the best on the computer. Also eventhough Dot is no longer with the company you should give her alot of praise as without her I don't know where we would be today. She is a great asset to any company and a wonderful person. She is still very familiar with our stuff so her opinions are 99% correct when it comes to answering questions about all skin care things on the forum.
NOTE: Once appllied you will start to feel a coolness then tingeling and then a very strong firming action. This is all usual so do not get freaked when you feel the effectiveness of this as you are really going to get a kick when you first use it. The quantity is up to you only you know what your skin can and can not handle. I use about a quarter size for my large lines and a nickel size for the small. Best application is when skin is slightly damp and warm.

May I just ask whether it's okay to use this on undereye lines, please? (Those seem to be resistant to everything so far that I use.) |

I believe that the Derma Excel 7 can be used around the Orbital Bone of your eye. Of course it should be wonderful for crows feet.
As with most eye creams you would not apply it to your lid or so close under the eye that you could get it into the eye. |

Do you moisturize after all of the other steps? Where does Okusil fit into the equation?

Maria,
I am waiting anxiously for the Derma Excel 7 also. From what I understand if you are using the JB line Derma Excel would be the last step. Ian did not mention Okusil but I would think the same rule applies: DE7 after Okusil.
As far as a moisturizer....DermaExcel 7 should be very moisturizing to the applied areas. If a moisturizer/sunscreen/foundation is used I would think you would apply these everyday products after DermaExcel.
When you receive your product I am sure that directions will be included.
What I am anxious to see is how long the results will last. Hopefully, most of the day or evening. If this does what I am expecting it to do we will be gorgeous.  |

Just purchased Alphaderma CE,Skin Prep,Okusil, and Cleansing Milk. Been dying to try this line since I first found this forum. With Ians gift to us on its way,now seemed like the time to do it.
One question....does anyone here know if the effects of Derma Excel 7 are supposed to be cumulative and lasting or is this just a temporary (while wearing) effect?
Thanks again Ian...so looking forward to trying your products.

Same thing happened to me...I had to call back a couple of times to give them my name and address....never heard from them by e-mail. Oretty sure if they don't have your name and address you won't receive this free offer. |

AHHH! I'm not getting a bottle!  I must be the exception. This is very upsetting. I called JB to be put on the list for the free bottle, but never heard back. This was Sept. 9th I believe (I'd have to look up my reply). I thought I didn't make the cut, but now that I've had a chance to pop on here, it looks like there were still 50 bottles needing homes on the 17th. I am crushed. When I gave my information to the clerk at JB for the EDS forum list, she didn't want my userid or address. She took my name, email, and phone number and said I should be contacted if I am selected to try the product. I haven't received an email or phone call. I asked about ordering additional products to try with the Derma Excel 7 if I'm selected and she said to let them know if I get contacted for the bottle. I never heard from anyone. I called the same day I posted my response to Ian. This is so distressing and I am eternally jealous of all you lucky women out there. If I could, then I'd distract Winnie or Mabsy out by the bike rack (these two are everywhere on EDs -so I know they got one-they are too sharp not too) take their bottles and maybe even their milk money too. I'd probably feel bad until I tried it, then hunker down and stroke my new JB products softly crooning, 'My precious' and feel very smug and pretty. I'm a sad little soldier now...and yes, I'm sulking. Ah, back to work. Bye ladies. |

 - I haven't got one yet, and to be honest I didn't actually call JB (ooops!) so I'm hoping that they will just use my address from my account since Ian said there's one bottle with my name on it... If not then I miss out too (or rather, my mum does).
It's a shame if you don't get one Deanne - why not call up JB again and explain what happened and see if your name is still on the list? |

| I too called on September 9, as did my grandmother. We both use the range of JB products. We were both told that we would receive the Derma Excel. I live within driving distance of JB and usually receive my products within a day. Neither one of us has received the offer as of today, so I guess somehow we missed out too. The offer was very generous but I will say I was disapointed. I know Ian said to call but I am not usually able to call during work hours so I sent him an email. I only sent it yesterday but as of now no response. I placed my last order about a month ago but was dispointed with the lack of customer service. I understand JB is going through a lot lately but I would think the best way to keep customers would be to service them well, not ignore them. If they are unable to respond via email or online help then it should not be offered as an option. I love my products but disapointed as a customer. |

Well, it's the 8th day and have not received mine either.  I did phone-in (not just email) and the salesguy took my number, address, email, and my EDS handle. BTW, i was the last one (201st)to order it because Ian gave me an exception for the anomaly that happened before, I even emailed my info to him to make sure that i get it. If all 201 items were shipped at the same time, I should have had it by now since I am only in CA. Anyone else didn't get his/hers yet? |

I would not be too concerned if you have not received your DermaExcel yet. I have not received mine either. I have all the confidence in JB's WORD. My daughter received her's a few days ago and can't believe how her 11 was gone after the first use. Right now I am out of state. My daughter is getting my mail. Hopefully I will receive my package next week.

JB gets hundreds of emails a day. It is not likely that they can respond to all. The best bet is to call them. As far as customer service......What other company would send out 200 bottles of such an expensive item? JB also offered AlphaDerma and C&C free when first introduced to the market. I use JB products because I love them and not because of their prompt email or telephone response. I can be a tad defensive when it comes to JB  . I do understand you disappointment but please don't assume you are not getting your DermaExcel if you were one of the first 201.

I have to agree with Winnie here. I think it was awfully kind of Ian to make this offer and that it would only be fair to give it a little more time. Hope he doesn't start imagining we're not grateful. As Winnie said, how may other companies would be so generous? It may be the fault of hold-ups in the postal system, in any case.
Still haven't received mine - but then I live in the UK, so I expect it to take a wee while longer.
So let's all be patient for now - after all, Ian's just trying to make us look gorgeous and wrinkle-free! |

Anyone who has not received theirs yet please call and ask to speak to Nicole in the shipping Dept. She was in charge of getting the product to everyone on our list and she will rectify it if you have not received it. Whom ever is on the list will get it I guarantee it. There has been some employee change at JB and some key people were let go so that has slowed our company up just a little. But rest assured if I give my word you will get it you will. We are in the process of putting it up on our site and begin selling it. If anyone should want the Derma Excel 7 before it is up please call and we will make it available to the forum members ahead of time for sale. Please remember this item is $159.95 and is very strong. You only need a very small amount to get BOTOX like effects IMMEDIATELY. The 1 oz should last 90 days. Again all the FREE ones were shipped and because of the trouble around the country with the storms we have had some problems with ups. So please excuse us as we can not control that but you will receive it if you were promised that much I guarantee.

| Whatever happened to just a heartfelt "thank you" for a company owner who made an extremely generous offer. He didn't even charge shipping. Maybe I'm a little cranky...but this was a FREE offer...and a most generous one at that. He could have done it for just the first 10 respondees...but 200! That is unbelievably nice!! |
