When the decleor balms start to form crystals in them does this mean they are out of date?
Have emailed decleor but had no response.
Can anyone advise?
Thanks |

yeah, but just little bits in it and they disolve when you warm them with your palm.
the place im working just now has lots of open stock and im tryin to work out if its still usable! i know that sounds terrible - im leaving soon! |

sounds like beeswax to me... when you warm it up in your hand, does it go away/emulsify?
you know the dates are stamped on those products, so theres not much you can do to sell it at full price if it is expired...
but i use the expired stuff, because it's so hard to use up beforehand!
i cannot say that i've encountered much of a problem.

That has happend to my balms as well. I used the balm up, and I didn't notice any difference. It smelled ok, and as long as it did that I'd think its ok. But ask the sales people or e-mail Decleor - and if you get the right information please post it here. |
