Hi,
I have a whole bunch of little wounds where I plucked in grown hairs out of my legs...its really bad/unsightly.
I have been putting some neosporin on them (there are a lto) and some calendula ointment. What other remedies are there to speed up healing or even just make sure it heals well?
Also I have a lot of little scars...any suggestions?
Thanks! |

Tamamu Oil...it is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal. But I think it is recommended to use after the wound has closed. There are medical studies showing it's ability to promote healing and reduce scarring.
I use it on the red spots from zits, and it reduces the redness by 50% overnight.
I typically use mine at 100% concentration, but you don't have to do so. Tamanu has also been proven to work well when mixed with other oils like emu, which also has anti-imflammatory benefits. |

Hey Bethany, I've heard you advocating Tamanu oil before. Where do you get yours? Whole foods might stock it I suppose. I see Lauren Hutton and Fruits and Passion sell Tamanu products... |

i just bought some tamanu oil for mt. rose herbs online.
I got it. Natrol also makes it (iherb.com cheapest place for brand names like that) but the mt. rose was cheaper.
I just put it on...it feels nice and is yellowish. |
