I've taken care of a lot of skin issues, but I have these blackheads around my nostrils-I think they've been there since I was 20 (long time ago for those who don't know me). Anyone know of an easy way to finally get rid of them-short of a facial, never liked getting one. I've read thread about the Dr. Haschuka (sp) cleansing cream-is this to be used on problem areas or the whole face? Thank you. |

the Dr. H cleansing cream is EXACTLY what got rid of my persistent around the nose blackheads...I thought I would be plagued by them forever - but not so! the Dr. H CC is fantastic!!! I was able to deep cleanse my skin without stripping it or drying it out. Truly an A-class skin decongestant. I use it every day and the Dermalogica Microfoliant 3 times a week and I swear that those blackheads are no more!

You use the Dr H CC over ur whole face, similar to a regular exfoliant except you press/roll it onto your skin rather than scrub (there is a thread on here somewhere that details how to use it properly). I've been using Jurlique's face wash cream myself which is supposed to be similar, also in conjunction with microfoliant (tho it ran out yesterday ) and have gotten great results. Blackheads are diminished and my skin is really smooth. |

I too would go with the Dr H Cleansing cream, also try using a toner which being an astringent should tighten the pores after cleansing. |

The Dr Hauschka Cleansing Cream also got rid of my blackheads around the nose area. While I use the Dr H CC all over my face, I did make an effort to concentrate on the nose area. Two weeks of twice daily use and blackheads were no more! I was shocked as I had used this before there were any raves for it here and did not really expect it to have such an effect. Obviously I was thrilled though! |

Is organic make up co's dead sea mud mask supposed to be good at drawing out black heads too?
I suppose you use something else to remove make up then use the Dr H cc?
(Think I need a facial to start my routine off on a clean slate so to speak!)

Yes. If you do have makeup on then you will need a separate cleanser to remove it before you use the Dr H CC. |

I realize the more I try squeezing them, the faster they multiply and resurface on the nose. I am definitely going to try Dr. H. Heard so much good stuff about it. |
