Hi.. i'm an international student staying in australia for 5 years now.. but not quite yet gotten used to the cool weather here.. now that i've moved away from the city, it's even colder in the suburb.. so i'll need a new quilt.. and mine which wa made of duck down has pretty much becomes uesless and not fluffy anymore!
anyone here can recommend a good quilt or brand? or what to look for in a quilt? i've researched quite a bit and know that goose down is the one to go.. but there's so many different types of goose down and i'm totally confused!
any suggestions will be appreciated!! thanks a lot! |

Hi
Have you tried a Microfleece blanket? Cheap, lightweight but amazingly warm, easily washed and dried, comes in lots of colors. I have many of them and layer them according to the weather. On winter nights I have 3 layers of them on the bed. In summer, one is fine.
It should be easy to find them anywhere, or LandsEnd.com sells them. Plus, no geese had to die to produce them!
