I won't buy Valmont products in the future after I saw all the ingredients listed here.

1. DNA and RNA won't work to do either anti-aging or anti-pigmentation et al. As they are readily degraded by DNase and RNase ever existing in the environment. The degradation products are nucleotides which is a nutrient that everyone's body can create themselves.

2. I only saw three kinds of ingredients listed in here-- （1）oils to keep moisture. (2)silicon to make the feeling of use good. (3) paraben.

Can anyone tell me which ingredient there is doing its anti-aging job?

It is not ONE ingredient, it is how they have developed a formulation of a mixture, a blend of key ingredients at specific percentages that help keep the skin moist etc...

So many people are disgusted or put off when they see what is in Cellcosmet and Valmont. I don't argue because of brand loyalty, but I do think most of them are well formulated from a chemical point of view.

What are people expecting of their products in terms of formulation.....?

Miranets, I agree with you but many will never be convinced of the research that goes into Valmont and Cellcosmet and will never understand that it isn't necessarily one ingredient but a mix of ingredients of differing quantities.
Nothing will stop me using Valmont or Cellcosmet.

1. Biology/medicine has developed into that stage that we can do some "Single doesn't work while combination will" experiments. Unfortunately, it is always case by case event in life so that it is not clever to combine things when people hasn't actually found out what each component is doing.

2. If people don't know or expect each component has their own functions, how could we anticipate all together will work?

3. If all together does work, then I will consider whether there are some chemical reactions between each components. I don't want some chemical reactions going on my face, because chemical reactions will generate active species to harm my skin.

4. You can check the function of each component in Valmont formula. I think you will find they are all related to some skincare issues--keep moisture or fill-in lines or anti-bacteria. This means Valmont knows exactly why they want to put in these compounds in the products. However, I didn't find something related to anti-aging. DNA or RNA? You can find any biologist or doctor to ask about DNA or RNA's cosmetic function.

5. I believe in EO or other natural components, as they are more or less tested by people for a relatively long time. I can not find too many natural stuffs in Valmont formula list-- most are chemicals--- so I can't persuade myself that there might be some mysterious compounds there doing their jobs.

6. Cellcosmet has some cell components which probably works as hormonal regulators to fight aging. I can accept cellcosmet as for many years people found how hormone works on anti-aging and beauty.

In conclusion, my point is Valmont is too chemical that it is very easy to tell whether it is anti-aging or not. I know many natural products are also doing nothing in anti-aging, however, at least they know they should add some "goodies" in their formula to disguise the fact.

YOu have to have something there to work. Mixing stuffs up will not create new compounds if there is no chemical reaction going on. I mean for biological system, people know very little about it that finding out functional molecules is already saturating our energy and time now. Combining some compounds which none of them will work individually will be put aside as it is too much work to do and probably won't give any positive results, if considering there are still so many unknown molecules there waiting for us to discover, nobody in this field will work on such low-benefit researches, at least not for a company which is benefit-driven.

Let's check what is the example of "individual won't work while combination will" in medicine and biology world. Cocktail treatment for AIDS seems to be, however, each component in the cocktail recipe is supposed to function individually and combine them can enhance them. So this example is not the same case as Valmont-- some people assume Valmont is "individual won't work while combination will"
