I went to CVS today to buy some Vitamin E oil (I plan on using it on a small scar that I recently got) and I saw that there were 2 kinds of oil.
One was 56,000 IU of Vitamin E. And it's ingredients were: Safflower Seed Oil, and Vitamin E.
Another one was 28,000 IU of Vitamin E, and the ingredients were just Vitamin E (no Safflower oil).
I was just wondering if one was better than the other? Is the 56,000 IU oil worse since it has Safflower oil mixed with it?
Thanks. |

You can burst the vitamin E and use it on your skin. You don't have to buy the expensive ones in a bottle. |
