Hi ladies, I'm sick of using plain old concealer to hide my pimples. I'm convinced all that make up probably contributes more to my clogged pores! I'm looking for something that can treat my pimple with an active (salicylic acid, BP, whatever..) but still has enough color to double as a cover up. I know Murad makes one, but I'm not sure if there's anything better out there. Any help would be tremendously appreciated. Thanks!!! |

I know TheBodyShop has both a tea tree acne spot treatment and a tea tree concealer, and Clinique also has similar products, but I don't think they are better than Murad. DDF also has some acne products... |

Rezamid is a tinted pimple treatment. It's a behind-the-counter item, so you have to ask the pharmacy for it. You might want to call your local drugstores beforehand so they can order it if they don't have it in stock. Acnomel is another really good tinted treatment, but I'm not sure how available it is. I used to buy it at Walgreens but haven't found it there in quite awhile. Both of these work very fast on drying up zits. |

Thanks a bunch Jax and Carmina! I finally broke down today and bought the Murad one because I happened to walk past a store that sold it. And then I also managed to pick up Acnomel as well, so hopefully they'll fix me soon! Thanks again! |

Swan - If you start using the Acnomel at night when you sleep, you may get to a point where you don't have to use it during the day because it will minimize/forestall pimples as well as dry up the ripe ones. Rezamid works the same way. |
