Ok so i'm only 25 so its not bad YET....it's noticeable enough and i hate it. Any way of fixing it? Or botox is the only fix? I dont know ANYTHING about lines, wrinkes...anything. I think it's time to start! |

Hi - a couple things you can do - look up frownies on ebay and get them to use at night when you sleep (they are stiff paper tapes that you apply at night between the eyebrows and on the forehead) and also there are massages and facial exercises you can do too. Look these up. Now is an ideal time to start them.
Just do a search on forums - there is a ton of info on all of this here. ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

Botox, also will stop the headaches that you can get from squinting all the time. |

Frownies are great and really do work. A friend told me about a low cost alternative. Buy some clear first aid tape - it comes in a dispenser like regular tape and costs about $3. Use two pieces between your eyes in an X pattern. I've used it and it works. I use it right over top of my skin care products and have no problems pulling it off in the morning. |

Thanks for sharing, and I think I will give try Frownies another try. I used it before and didn't insist. |
