| Can someone tell me what is the best one out there? There are so many to choose from, I just don't know what is best. |

| I use HydraPlenish by Nature's Way. It has collagen plus hyaluronic acid. Available at iHerb.com. It seems to help my nails, they definitely are hard as nails! Helps with hair too, but I'm not sure if it helps with skin issues since I take so many supps and use so many products and devices! |

| I also use Nature's Way Hydraplenish, the one with MSM. I get mine from Vitacost, but I must check out this iHerb site, as keep hearing good things about it. |
