Does anyone know what I can put on my forehead/head to bring swelling down and the bruise out? It even hurts when I lift up my eyebrows! The skin on my forehead is also broken? Would Arnica gel work?
Maybe I need a trip to the opticians!!!  |

For 4 years I've been laughing at everyone that hit their heads on the glass plaque hung abouve my desk! Now after all this time I hit my own head!
