I personally seldom take any other supplement except Mutli-vitamins.
Noticed that there is Murad collagen supplement here in this site and I am interested to try but there is no review yet.
Any of you have tried this and what is the result? Any visible difference on the face? Thank you. |

The only collagen-based product that has proven bioavailability is Biocell Collagen Type II (r). Look for the lip plumping thread. |

I have been using these supplements for about a year or two now, I really like them, (a product I actually repurchase, lol! My skin looks really good, (this and a combo of my topical products), hths. |
