Hi all,
Has anyone heard of this brand called Ultima II? I have heard that their Radiance C lotion is very good for brightening for oily skin. I have been trying to find a good lotion thats light weight for oily skin, yet promises to brighten up and illuminate the skin.
The thing is i cant seem to find their website and i need to find out if this product contains silicon as i am very sensitive to it. I dont want to buy the product then find out im not suitable, its quite pricey. Can anyone help me please?? |

I haven't heard of this brand in more years than I care to say. It used to be sold in department stores but now when I googled it the best it came up with was Shopzilla. They do list a lot of products mostly at fragrance.net which I've also never tried to buy from. Hope it helps. |
