Hi, guys
I've just noticed that all the prices at EDS are now in pounds. I've put an order earlier today and it was CAD, why this change??

Hmmmm.

I just checked the Skin Care Store and most of the prices are in GBP except the Yon-Ka stuff which is still in CAD.
Hopefully, one of the EDS ladies will be on the forum soon to explain the change in currency.
Personally, I think it's a good thing. Means I don't have to do any currency conversions. Very Happy

We have made some small upgrades to our website over the weekend. There are not too many changes but most noticeable are:

-we added a search function so you can quickly search for the products:
http://www.essentialdayspa.com/advanced_search.php

- we added "...more info" link for each product

- we upgraded our shopping cart so you can create an account now and be able to see your orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. It will also speed up your check out process for the future purchases. Also you do not need to convert our prices to your currency manually through http://www.essentialdayspa.com/converter1.htm anymore because they are converted for you automatically. You will still be charged in Canadian Dollars equivalent as usual.

- we also updated our gift certificate system so some of the unused gift certificates might stop working. Please e-mail us if you have a problem with using your either discount coupon or gift certificate and we will issue a new one.

-we upgraded our page for specials:
http://www.essentialdayspa.com/specials_promotions.htm . You can now filter specials by manufacturer. We intend to make many new Christmas specials in the comming weeks Smile

- we will display all your forum reviews next to the products so customers can have a quick access to your most valuable opinions on the products.

I hope that those small changes will improve your shopping experience a little.

I absolutely love the new changes! I am especially pleased with the automatic currency conversion and with the 'more info'. I am so happy to be able to see the ingrendients. Thank you!

I was a little disappointed to see that a complete list of ingredients was not provided for some products. A few were missing ingredients completely, and some brands (such as Jurlique) had an incomplete list of ingredients which I found somewhat misleading. I still love your site, but I would love it even more if I could see all the ingredients. Wink

I dont know what you have done, but I congratulate you because I am now able to access the shopping basket and have now placed an order. Of course being an idiot I dunno what I did wrong but my voucher did not register. Brick wall

So I will probably have to place another order very soon and make sure I use my voucher. Rolling Eyes

Loppy the reason you've not heard anything back,is because of the time difference. They're 8hrs behind us.

It is a little misleading as a UK customer, to see the Prices in GB£ if they are still being charged in CAD$. Or does that mean, we pay the £'s price we see. Example the Decleor Prolagene gel 150ml, if i remember correctly it used to be around $53CAD,(Approx £23GB) Now it's showing £20.47($45.13), definately NOT working out at $53CAD, Does this then mean the prices have been reduced?

I got my reply from EDS and everything hopefully will be ok now and I will receive my goodies soon. The time difference drives me crazy trying to work out how many hours behind us USA is.
