No need to use both. If you are new to c serums the AOX 10 is a good place to start. And 10% C is an effective amount.
CE contains higher concentration of C, 15%, along with the added E. Not all skin types like the CE though, usually acne prones and oily do better with out the E. |

Thank you,
I have pretty normal skin, don't have acne.
I'm 38 and really want to start using the best anti-agers out there.
The esthetician reccommended the 10%AOX but I guess I've read so much about the CE that I thought it may be better.
Quite a price difference too, the AOX was only 80$ (cdn)..
Just curious for those who have tried both which one do you prefer?
thanks |

I think Skinceuticals is better as an anti-oxidant serum. But %10 AOX is good enough for starting using a vitamin serum. |

right, they nearly the same but ce is better, aox is not very good for sensitive skin. |

In the pamphlet fron Skinceuticals they say AOX is for sensitive skin.
I find it a little drying though and it smells kind of funny, lol, what we do for beauty!! |

C serum can have an adjustment period. It is an acid so it can be drying or irritating for some. AOX 10 is a better choice for sensitive skin since it is 10% C. |
