I have a friend who is trying to produce a skin cream with Glucosamine HCL.
They tried to produce but they have a very low viscosity.
Main ingredients: carbapol gel, 20% alcohol, hydrocoloids, Glucosamine HCL
End pH=7,5
Recommendations from Glucosamine supplier is to decrease pH.
Does anybody know, what we can do to solve the viscosity problem? Is the pH the problem on this matter?

I just bought the Olay moisturiser with SPF 15 and tinted. I am using it as a makeup/moisturer/suncreen combo to help to even out tone and gives some coverage. I then put on some mineral foundation. So far, I am quite happy with it. |

you might have your friend check out these sites:
http://www.makingcosmetics.com/home-8.html
http://www.lotioncrafter.com/
both sell ingredients for concocting your own skincare, and have info for same. I have purchased from both and they are very helpful as far as answering questions.
