I have read in a different forum fillers being used in other areas such as the foot, hands, etc in Mexico. Is there such thing in the US?
I would like to add volume to my arms if possible...

Considering that a little vile of filler is incredibly expensive, I would really consider lifting weights first. Are you biceps, triceps and forearms as built as you could possibly build them?

I really dont want to look too muscular but I can possibly start push ups. I had my thyroid tested a week ago and waiting for results. Do you think its possibly a thryoid issue?

It's a HUGE myth that you just build bulky muscle over night.... and it prevails among women. Muscle burns fat. Certainly, you're not looking to be skinny fat??? Runway models have this look... thin often with cellulite. MY VERY PERSONAL opinion is that this is not attractive. But, obviously, there are those that like it... heck some people really dig their bones poking out all over the place.. But that's not healthy. There are ways to build long lean muscle. Pilates, Yoga, Kettlebells (depending on the amt. of weight you use.)

Sure you could have a thyroid issue... wait for the results... If you do, it's just likely that you will have to work a little harder than the average person to lose weight...It's NOT a "fat" sentence. Just a sentence that forces you to get educated...

What is your weight and height?

Look at the celebrities... who has a body type similar to yours? Whose do you admire?

Seriously, forget fillers for your arms... people use them in their feet and hands because there is little supporting tissue to keep them plump looking.

I agree, it is a myth. With the proper routine in the gym you will get your entire body toned nicely and not bulk up. It doesn't really matter how old you are either. There are routines for all ages and the trainers at the gym are more than willing to show you the way.

Im 5'8.5 120lbs and the doctor said I'm underweight. I have no problem with my bottom half. I LOVE my butt & thighs but my toothpick arms *ugh* I have implants so it makes my upper body better looking.

I have ARMS like Lindsey lohan when she was super skinny. I admire Rhianna's body. She's tall like me but she has an excellent body.

Yes, I am waiting for my results ..hopefully whatever medicine they give me ..i can gain some weight.

I'm so desperate that i was going to get on paxil just to GAIN weight.. I even took the birth control shot and NO WEIGHT GAIN Sad

Ok... so... you're being tested for hyper thyroid. I don't have expereince on that side of the test results...

Are your eyes bulgy at all? You should go to about.com if it turns out thyroid issue... they have an EXCELLENT forum on thyroid.

Have you closely monitored your diet? Do you know how many calories you consume daily? Do you know your percentages? I don't offer medical advise, but I would get that together, and get ready to talk with a certifed nutrtionist. There are healthy ways to gain weight.

Lindsey Lo was (I thought) on drugs as well as dangerously dieting (so say the awful mags at the front of the grocery line)... Are you an extreme dieter? Are you stripping your body of all it's mass as well?

If you don't have a medical condition, and you aren't abusing your body with extreme, on purpose diet measures, I would work with the nutrionist as I stated above on how to gain healthfully, and you need to build some mass. I promise you, you don't have to look like a man to build your arms to a nice pretty look. You can use relatively light weights after you get to the size you want. You might show cuts sooner than the average person if your body fat is low. Rehanna if gorgeous isn't she! She has some mass in those arms... just not a lot of cut... in the end, you might have to decide which is prettier... skinny shapeless arms, or slightly built arms that look healthy... You might look to some FITNESS mags, (not bodybuilder), to learn more about gaining fem. curvy shapes....

Best wishes!

Well I HAD dark circles and EXTREME eye bags but I've been getting restalyne in tear trough and radiesse in cheeks. I am 23 years old, but DISLIKED my eyes.

I know dark circles/bags have something to do with thyroid and my hands/feet are always cold too. So I will keep everyone posted. I go to the doctor sometime this week! :/
