I learned this evening that fat loss in temples contributes to the aged look. Is anyone except the patient on "Addicted to Beauty" having fat injected there? |

In the old YTF boards alot of people were getting fat put in their temples. Another place I'd never considered at the time is in the upper eyelid area. Some people lose fat in the upper inner corner of the eye giving a hollow triangular look there. They got right into every nitty gritty thing that happens as you age on that board. It really was interesting. It's just started up again and hopefully will end up with alot of the same old members they used to have. |

I asked my dermatologist once about fat injections in the temple area and he was against it saying it would not look natural so I just wear longer bangs in that area to cover my temples up. |

what are ytf boards?
I dnt really have any wrinkles aside from a nasolabial on one side, but my face has aged a lot mainly because of loss of fat in the temples and lower cheeks. Also have in the last 3 months or so noticed that triangular hollow in appear in the upper inner corner of my eyes.
Its amazing that this happens to so many people yet all we hear about is wrinkles.
I would look younger if I had a few more wrinkles but more fat in my face |

It's a PS site called "yes theyre fake" and was run by a lady named Marianne. Was a really great site for years, then was taken over and turned to crap soon after. Just about everyone left. Marianne's now started it back up again but it's in it's infancy at the moment.
Mowgli you're right. It's not the wrinkles so much as just about everything else that happens to us. |
