What do you think of these? They are basic, but the idea seems to be the same.
Could I get rid of my hollow and dark under eye area with the eye muscle exercise?
Thank you!

Hi Vor--My two cents is that you don't get as much resistance, nor do you cover as much of the face, as with other exercise programs. The reasons why are that Tom does not have you use your fingers or hands to apply any resistance. You simply make silly faces. You will get some benefit but not as much as with other programs. Also, I've heard that Tom avoids the face. Instead, I'd recommend checking out FlexEffect, Ageless If You Dare, Facercise, or one of the other commonly used facial exercise programs that with threads on this forum.

Best of luck! Smile

Vor,
I'm a Flexeffect devotee but I like Tom's exercises. The eye exercise and the scalp were very helpful to me.

Yeah, he explains the ear-moving muscles very well and I think I have gained full control of them now. I'm already on "Ageless if you dare" and am afraid a little bit because of it's harsh methods of face pinching.

Oops, I meant, I've heard that Tom avoids the cheeks. Smile

I like Tom and think he is a great guy for sharing what he does on his websites. For me, the resistance is key in facial exercises which is why I love FE so much, but I know a few people love his work, and he deserves credit for it, as he was one of the first to really share his knowledge freely on the web. He is a very switched on guy, and his knowledge of nutrition and supplements is very good. I love his scalp exercise, and do it when I remember to.

Vor I have been Tom's winking exercises off and on. I do notice a difference when I do it daily for a week. Simple as it is and the fact that it does work you would think I would remember to do it in the car . Brick wall
