I am a La Roche-Posay fan and I didn't see a product review on this forum and thought I should contribute Very Happy

I bought this cream because I want something that is more moisturizing than a light moisturizer with more "water" than oil. I am acne-prone. My skin was flaking when I bought it and it wasn't too expensive.

Effects: It is very soothing to my flaky skin. It absorbs into the skin very well and didn't cause any breakout than the ones I already had. My face wasn't shiny or tight when I wake up in the morning. I only use this product as a night cream. It is very relaxing and comfy product to my irritated skin. Other than that, no other effects.

Over time: I like it and it is inexpensive. I am on my second bottle going on 3rd.

Other usage: I use it as a soothing moisture mask in the winter. After cleansing at night, I put a thick layer on my face, wait 5-10 mins then tissue-off. It sooth red patches.

I also had a good experience with it. My skin was extremely dehydrated and over-sensitive. My facialist put me on this cream (of all the possible fancy products!!) and the improvement after just a couple of months was very impressive!

I purchased this to use in summer as a moisture cream. It's a bit lighter than my regular cream. I have really sensitive skin and this cream worked well. I liked that it isn't scented, it absorbed well and worked O.K. under mineral makeup. I still think I will use my regular winter cream when the weather gets cold. I will still use this cream, especially in warmer weather or during the day under makeup.

I tried it once when my skin was red and itchy and it worked well. Because of the lots of silicone it contains, I didn't want to use it for a longer period, my skin doesn't like it and is becoming impure sooner or later. For a while it was ok. It's unscented, a big + for sensitive or irritated skin.
