I am looking at getting some vitamins like MSM and hair, skin, and nails supplements...but I don't know what brand is trustworthy. It seems like with vitamins they are always saying "be sure to get this kind of vitamin Z, not this kind" because of poor absorbtion, etc. Looking around is taking all my time! Is there a brand that people trust?
Thanks!

I like New Chapter Organics, but I don't know if they make hair and nail supplements. You might try Andrew Lessman. I like that his don't have additives. |

Hi - I used to order from Vitacost and found I did not care for their brand = NSI. I do like Now and Doctor's Best brands. I know there are lots of options out there and many on-line vitamin suppliers have a place where users will report on what they thought of the vitamin and brand. This may help. |

For MSM look for OptiMSM on the label.
New Chapter makes organic Vitamins which are highly recommended.
Nothing else is coming to mind. Good luck!
Try iherb.com Everything is such a great deal! |

I like Centrum multivitamins, and all products of Jamieson company. I use them for one month and then take a break for 1 month. |

New Chapters is really good and I buy it when I can afford it. They are made from food so your body can assimilate it better than synthetic vitamins. Next I like Genuine Health, they make some really good fish oil products, great if you have eczema. |

No I don't but I want to (kind of hope to be able to find a coupon for it first). I was talking to someone who gets its and she says its worth it.
They do test NSI.

They have some free articles on the site. Worth checking out even if you don't subscribe I think. |

I like the look of their Bone supplement. I wonder how much of the calcium is absorbed? |

I take MSM, Hydraplenish and Coenzyme Q10. Mulit vitamins tend to upset my stomach. I couldn't even take prenatal vitamins. |

If I had to choose one it would be Solgar. It's not the cheapest brand but it's a reliable company. |
