Hi,
I've been reading some DIY recipes and fond some that I think would be good to try. BUT, can I mix a number of essential oils whit any Vita C, A and E etc.? And make one oil for all the problems, or can it be that they don't mix well together..?
My ultimate solution would be one body oil with the cellulite treatment effect and I also want to fade down my sunspots on some parts of my body, and target the sagging and treat areas that are in danger to start to wrinkle up (armpits, the ass, chest, knees...) Arms, legs..any area on the body. Any suggestions or inputs are highly appreciated.
I do dry brush my body a couple of time a week, I just use a regular body lotion after I take my shower. That's it. I have cellulitis here and there, and sunspots mainly on my lower legs and arms. Thin, pale skin, need some glow to it.
I'm sorry if this are a question that been up before, I have just not found the answer in any tread, and there are some threads to read through in this forum.. |

What brands of body care are you using? I would suggest Lac-Hydrin, but it's a lotion. It can't cure cellulite. |
