this was the first Cargo product that i've tried and i've been hooked on cargo ever since. it has the effect of loose powder but in easy to apply liquid format. You only need to use a very small amount and its not messy (like loose powder can be).
i really recommend it to everyone. |

i forgot to mention - caution, use VERY small amount as too much will leave your skin with paste all over your face.
Dab a little on your back hand and apply with a foundation brush over your foundation. Trust me, it is EXCELLENT if you love the effect of loose powder. |
