Anyone know what "ideal" humidity should be indoors to avoid too much drying of the skin?? Where I live it's now winter and heating etc. makes the air really dry. At the moment the temprature in my office is 20degrees celcius while RH is only 35%. And the rest of the house is not much better. My skin has become really dry...Any ideas that could help?? |
