I started using this product about 2.5 weeks ago and yes it made my lips very plump but three days ago I got many sores on the insides of the lips and they still haven't gone away!
Has anyone seen anything like this. I threw the box away but it seemed like OK ingredients (oils that I've used before and Argireline).
Has anyone had a similar reaction to a lip plumper? |

FYI - the only other EDS member that I know of who has tried DreamLips is Winnie, but I don’t recall her mentioning anything about bumps/sores. On the other hand, I don’t recall her saying that she obtained any additional plumping from it, either! |

I tried this one (a loooooong time ago), I don't remember any problems like you are experiencing (and I was really prone to that kind of sore as a kid...) BUT I didn't have the same reaction you had to it in terms of effectiveness either!
The product did nothing for me.
You might want to try Glyoxide, a drug store product that some EDS members are using for teeth whitening, it works very well for it's intended purpose too, those sores..... at least it did in the 70's.... and hey, you can use it to whiten your teeth after you've cleared up the sores.... Good luck. |

Carrie,
I did not get bumps/sores from Dream Lips. I returned DreamLips to CVS as it did nothing for my lips as far as plumping. I tested it for a week. Gotta love CVS's return policy. |

Thanks. I'll try some tea tree oil. My lips are mostly healed but it's taken a long time I used vit C. I think I must be allergic to several ingredients in skin care products as I have gotten scalliness and rashes before. I suppose it's always best to try samples first or buy from a place with a good return policy. |
