This is a light eye lotion/ serum that is quickly absorbed. It is very refreshing to use due to it's runny texture. I have used it for 3 weeks and enjoyed it, especially in knowing that is has no parabens and mineral oil. Did I see any physical results? Probably not. Creamy products could make my eyes puffy, and this is certainly not one of them.
If you had problems with other eye creams that run into your eyes by mid afternoon in warm weather, or that you have oily skin, then this is really a fantastic product.
I have not tried it on the lips yet.
