I have a bottle of liquid collagen from The Personal Formulator. Can anyone tell me how to best use it. By itself or mix it into a cream, if so how much? |

Lilac19,
I've never used liquid collagen but usually the company you buy from will tell you the percentage to use. Sometimes it's on the bottle. I personally would never use a DIY ingredient full-strength unless I saw something telling me I could. |

Actually, it is not wise to take it unless you need it. It may break the metabolism of your body system. Drink more water, take more vegetables and fruits. That's enough. |
