ADC Azelaic Acid Version (Aziderm)

I was interested in purchasing some azelaic acid and I noticed that ADC had a good price on it, but the brand is Aziderm and it says that it has a cream base.

I was wondering if anyone knows what the entire ingredients are of the cream base for this product?
