I have not used anything like this, I'm curious what are the expected results from the msm? I take it as a supplement for skin and hair. I am hoping it will help with my melasma, I've read on quite a few forums and different studies that it can help with that. Is it supposed to have the same benefits applied topically? |

I have not used this but I have been taking MSM supplements for two years and that is where I'd spend my money if I were just considering adding it to my routine. The supplements have been excellent for me for strong nails and healthy hair- haven't had a broken or split nail since I've been on it and my hair and nails grow incredibly fast. You do need to be on it for awhile though before you see the benefits. |

I've heard that topically MSM has good anti-aging qualities. |
