| Hi. My name is Shaina and I'm 18, but I first started developing acne when I was only 9 years old. By the time I was 14, my face was so swollen and covered in blemishes, there was not even more then 1mm of clear skin between each mark. Some of them swelled up to 3mm off my face, and spread as far as an inch across... And my skin was too oily to use any plain makeup. However I made a miraculous recovery (mostly due to proactiv, then follow up with spot treatment cream), and between my 16th and 17th birthday my face had gone down to just a few flat red spots and the occasional minor breakout. Today I never get more than maybe 5 marks on my face after falling asleep with foundation on, but I have such deep and heavy scarring on my face that I cant stand it. My boyfriend says he dosent notice, and he says I'm beautiful, but other people can tell from several feet away I have a "crater face". I really need to find a good, long lasting, reliable product for filling these scars, as a cosplayer spending days at a time posing for pictures at anime conventions, its really a shame to have such a scarred face with such a nice body. |
