Pardon me if someone's mentioned this before, but for mild or new milia I have found that eye makeup removing lotion (such as Laura Mercier's, or the Chamomile one from the Body Shop, or Dermalogica Eye Makeup Remover) wiped many many times over the affected area with a cotton pad will remove the stubborn little dots! It may take a few wipes, over several days, but the milia will go away completely.
My beauty therapist (who uses Dermalogica) suggested this, and it works! Dual-phase eyemakeup removers like Lancome Bifacil or L'Oreal Gentle EMR won't cut it; it has to be some kind of clear lotion like the three I mentioned above. BTW the LM EMR is total crap at removing eyemakeup but works for milia!)
Try it for yourself and see. HTH someone. |

Thanks pumpingmummy. I'll try that. I've been using BHA and it has helped but some are very persistent. |

I use BHA, too, if they start getting ugly or super-stubborn. But when a new eyecream or face product, for example, gives me me milia I use this method because I find that it's gentler.
Good luck keep us posted on how you like it. |

Thanks for posting this pumpingmummy, Im going to give it a go as I suffer from this towards the inner corners of my eyes. I already have the Dermalogica eye m/u remover so I will see how it goes. |
