I don't mean the crow's feet area but directly underneath typically where 'dark circles' are. If not what is good to use there to prevent wrinkles? |

Hi Lily,
I use Okusil by Janson-Beckett. Okusil is made for the eye area (especially the under eye area)and has Argireline. Actually, I put it right over the AlphaDerma which also has Argireline. I find Okusil non drying, soothing and very effective. It can be used with AlphaDerma or on it's own.
I know for sure you can use Relaxaline on crows feet and forehead lines. However, I am not sure about the under eye area as I have not used Relax. I am sure someone else can help you with this. |

Hi Lily,
Relax only works on muscles and to be honest it does not seem to be effective under eyes. I slap it on every line on my face ever hopeful, but the only truly amazing results are on forehead & crowsfeet. |

Hmm.. Winnie that is another plus for the ADCE I think.. it is definately getting to next on the list after my EDS order later this month.
I use a lift mask (Ascension) under the eyes and have been using elasto-collagen (Cellcosmet) before applying eye cream (also Cellcosmet).
I am finding Cellcosmet awesome on puffiness. I suffer from puffy eyes when opearting on a couple hours sleep only (other times no problem) and this week both times that happened I awoke to beautifully smooth under eye area! I also heard it is good for dark circles.
Hmm.. I am off topic. Oh, right firming stuff. Only the mask for me.
We will return now to our regular replies that are more on target... |

I use the ES serum containing argireline under my eyes and it has worked well, but like Guapagirl says about the product she uses, the ES serum contains a number of moisturizing ingredients, including hyaluronic acid, as well as anti-oxidants.
The ES masque does great at reducing puffiness... and I do also use it under the eyes with good effect.
I also mix the serum with a very small amount of the masque at night and apply under the eyes. Both the masque and serum contain Argireline.

Don't you think that most Argireline products could be used around the eyes? I'd think that if the product contained a number of other ingredients, one of them MIGHT be one that shouldn't be used on the eyes, but most I have seen all have ingredients that are anti-oxidants, anti-irritants, and emollients and none of them should cause a problem.
ES has grapeseed extract, green tea extract, cucumber extract, aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, etc. I don't think any of those should pose a problem, rather they should help the delicate eye area.

That I can't answer as I haven't used any others - I'm only speaking for the one that I have tried. I don't think it's a matter of Argireline - it's a matter of other ingredients therefore saying something like "sure all of them can be used around the eye area" may be quite dangerous. While most of them might contain emmolients (not sure if they do - again, I haven't tried others) there might be some out there that do have some potential irritants. |

tiger_tim - I have the same problem ... puffness and dark circles from sleep depriving. I desperately need advice on that. Which Cellcosmet product you are referring to for the puffy eye? |

Okusil by Janson-Beckett:
Okusil is a specially formulated AH3 HexaPeptide Serum that reduces puffiness and discoloration for the under eye area. When used in conjunction with AlphaDerma CE it will increase the anti-aging action, and give the total eye area smooth, resilient looking skin instantly.
Ideal for men and women of all skin types.
happygirell63,
I have been using Okusil for 3 to 4 months now. It is very hydrating and has lightened up upper eye area a great deal. It has firmed my under eye bags. I highly recommend it. When used over AlphaDerma CE it is a great antiaging product too!!! |

I definitely agree. In fact, I really didn't make myself clear, or didn't say what I meant to exactly.
What I meant was that I don't think it's the Argireline that would be the problem around the eyes, but rather other ingredients that might be combined with it. The ones I have seen, such as ES and ADCE don't pose that problem. There are so many out there now, I really can't say since those are the only two I have used.
