hey, has anyone heard about these?
my sister just told me about them because she was thinking about it.
the only stuff I could find online was from the companies themselves.
It's supposed to be a better artificial nail, breathable, so there's no fungus/infection issue, and it's supposed to make your nail stronger in the long run rather than weaker.
you can get with or without tips or extensions... i'm tempted, though I'm lazy, so I don't know if I'd keep up with it... m. |

Did you ever try the bio nails? A friend of mine has them and loves them and I was thinking of giving them a try as well.
Does anyone have any experience with them? I'm particularly interested in knowing what the soak is that removes the gel? |

I had that done on the same recommendation that you speak of. Better for your nails etc. I thought it was the biggest waste of my time and money. It cost me 100, it took forever and did not last at all. I would not do it. |

Damn, that doesn't sound good at all. I am going to give it a try now so I know if they'll work for my friends wedding in the spring. I'd hate to go on holiday and have the nails fall to crap on me. My nails are already crap as it is |

Hi, I just tried them, they look really nice, I didn't get the extensions. They basically just put a type of base coat and then cure it and put a few more layers on. I got the french style and liked the look of it. It felt really strong too and I didn't feel like I had to be extra careful. There were a few nails were it was applied sloppy though and it ran around the edges which caused it to lift up sooner. You are supposed to go back to have it soaked in a solution to remove it but that costs another 30 bucks and so I just peeled them off. The result was broken, damaged nails. |
